Job management software for plasterers.
Build the quote from your price list before you've left the house, and raise the invoice the day the last coat goes on. A proper quote, not a number in a text.
30 days free, then £25 a month. No card details to start.

The old way vs grafter.ly
The enquiry
The old way
It's a builder's text with a postcode, a date and not much else.
With grafter.ly
You add it as a job in seconds, and emailed enquiries arrive with the details filled in and the gaps listed.
The quote
The old way
You price the rooms in your head on the walk-round and text over a number.
With grafter.ly
You build a written quote from your price list before you're back in the van.
The wait
The old way
A texted number is easy to sit on, and you hear nothing back.
With grafter.ly
They accept the quote online and you see it happen.
The invoice
The old way
The skim's drying, you're off to the next house, and the invoice can wait.
With grafter.ly
You raise it from the quote in a couple of taps before you're off the site.
Getting paid
The old way
You're waiting on their bank transfer, and asking twice feels awkward.
With grafter.ly
With Stripe connected, every invoice carries a card link, and the reminders send themselves.

Labour and materials
Simple quotes, and the receipts against the job.
Skimming is your time and a few bags. It does not need a complicated quote, it needs one that goes out the same day and an invoice that follows it.
- Labour and materials on separate lines, priced by the hour or as a fixed fee.
- Photos of the walls from the customer before you price it.
- CIS off the labour when the work came through a builder.
- Receipts against the job, and what is left when it is paid.
The quote your customer gets.
They open a link on their phone, see the price laid out properly, and accept it online. There's no app to download and no account to make. You see it the moment they do.

Common questions
- How do enquiry emails become jobs?
- Forward the email to your grafter.ly address and it becomes a job with the customer and work details filled in. You check the details before anything goes to the customer.
- How do I check an enquiry has what I need to quote?
- The job is matched to the kind of work it is and lists what you still need to price it. Tap Ask the customer and the questions go out by email under your business name; they reply straight to you, or answer on a page with photos. If the job usually needs a look first, they can pick a morning or afternoon from your free days.
- What about customers who pay cash or by transfer?
- You record the payment against the invoice in a couple of taps, so the job still shows paid and your records stay straight.
- Does my customer need an app to accept a quote?
- No. They open a link on their phone, see the price laid out, and type their name to accept. You see it the moment they do.
- How much does it cost?
- £25 a month after your first 30 days free. No card details to start, no contract, no setup fee. Card payments carry Stripe's fee and we add nothing on top.
- Does it work with Xero?
- Yes. Connect Xero once and every sent invoice copies across with the customer attached. When a payment is recorded in Xero, the invoice here shows paid too.
- Can I bring my existing jobs in?
- Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV, check the preview, and your jobs are in. You don't need to import anything to start, though. One forwarded enquiry is enough.
